Connie Bressman is an expert in the field of staging properties & believes that the way to create a connection with the prospective buyer is to transform a property into a home. With over 15 years of experience in design, management, and training, Connie has developed a trained eye for detail and a deep understanding of what resonates with different types of buyers. She has worked as a Stager, Interior Designer, and Senior Home Furnishing Buyer for an International Interior Decorating Company. Connie is highly skilled at building strong relationships with her clients and excels at providing outstanding service and support throughout the entire staging and interior design process.
Rich Casto
With over 30 years of experience, Rich is a recognized industry leader and has consulted for 38 of the top 50 brokerages, as named by RealTrends.
His notable accomplishments include creating the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation and certifying over 25,000 agents, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for three of the largest brokerage firms in the country, and has owned two successful start-up brokerages.
Obie Walli
Obie is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate & financial services. He brings a wealth of expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, operating metrics benchmarking, and developing and executing financial and business strategy resulting in improved profitability.
Over his career he has completed over 80 acquisitions totaling over $12 billion in value and built a multi-market commercial real estate brokerage company that was sold in 2016.
